  •  $500 (non-refundable pet fee or deposit, depending on the property) per dog (limit may vary per property, but max is always 2 pets)
  • Photo of your dog(s)
  • Pet screening fee paid through cambridgemgi.petscreening.com:
    • Proof of renter’s insurance listing Birchwood as additionally insured ($300k minimum liability)
    • Letter from vet with the breed and shot record
  • size limits may also vary per property
  • Breed restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
