- Proof of renter’s insurance listing Cambridge as additionally insured ($300k minimum liability)
- Letter from vet with the breed and shot record
- size limits may also vary per property
- Breed restrictions: Akita, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Chow, Doberman, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler and Wolf Hybrid.
